Very disgusting manager and absolutely unprofessional management

Room was booked by me and as per my request for evening checkin during a respective time frame which was later accepted by the hotel. At the time of checkin, i reached at the reception just 4 mins late since i was parking my vehicle and the management sold my room to someone else which is completely unacceptable behaviour and management tactics. Me and family left with no room at the end after arguing and discussing so much. Disappointing experience!
