AUVery clean and comfortable with all the amenities. The laundry room being available for guests for free was a nice touch. Additionally, the digital entry pad meant not having to worry about losing keys. Good location with many different restaurants nearby.
Our room was on the ground floor right on the front of the property so there was a little noise from the street. The bathroom could probably use an extraction fan to assist with the shower steam.

ESAUThere was no breakfast included. The location was great, lots of cafe's and restaurants in walking distance.
As our flat was on the ground floor it was quite dark and a little noisy when other guests came home late. Maybe just unlucky? The host was friendly and it was great to have the reception desk available day and night.

USCOMuy organizado, con todos los amenities necesarios para que la estancia fuera agradable.
Las camas son inestables y muy blandas. Había un olor desagradable constante en uno de los baños que era despedido por el lavamanos.
ESUbicación, personal de limpieza y las 2 recepcionistas que por desgracia ya no están.
Muy oscuro, continuos fallos con los wc que se embozaban, fallos con el agua caliente, humedades en el baño. Además del precio, pagar por 3 meses 7000€ debería ser más que suficiente para tener un alojamiento en condiciones. Estuvimos 1 mes y medio para conseguir un cambio de departamento a otro con algo más de luz (1 ventana que daba a la calle), tuve que estar insistiendo y hasta enviando capturas de pantalla de los precios de booking de un departamento más grande para que me cobraran la diferencia, ya que el equipo de reservaciones es tan incompetente que pretendían cobrarme aún más dinero.Las fotos de booking están retocadas, es todo más oscuro de lo que es. No volvería aquí ni loco.
