USI liked the decor of the unit, the 2 bathrooms, and that it had an elevator and a rooftop.
We enjoyed the unit, however - I caught a cold from the cold draft in my room. There was no heat and I was very cold in the master bedroom. There was a fan but it only blew cold air. The bathroom with the round window needed to be deep cleaned, as there was black mold along the window sill. My bed felt unsafe and felt like it was damaged or broken and the mattress was very hard. The owner should consider maybe adding a pillowtop mattress topper. Consider providing a clean new dish sponge in the kitchen for each guest. We felt uncomfortable using the old sponge provided. The unit overall, had a lot of what we needed, however, it would have been nice to have an electric kettle to make tea and maybe provide an ice tray for those who would like ice for their beverages. My final note is the CHALLENGE of the apartment key! It was the most difficult door opening process I have ever experienced. Maye it was me, but it took forever to open and lock that door!

DECACentrally located - walkable to many things. Laté Laté (4 doors up the street) for GREAT coffee and breakfast. Kitchen for breakfast and snacks (and leftovers). Quiet. Amazing rooftop deck. Clean. 2 Bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Felt more like home than a hotel.
