The location is in a quieter part of Condesa which is nice.

I am a frequent business traveller, Genius Level 3 on Booking.com and also own an inbound travel company & restaurants in India, and I seldom write a negative review but this property is worth the mention. Inspite of the confirming arrival time there was no key on arrival and I had to wait for 3h30mins to receive the keys. I was told that they regret the inconvenience which I understood that by mistake the housekeeping lady took the key with her, which can happen, not her fault but I could not understand why the management has was only one key & no spare at the reception, then it took 3h30mins that too in the night time (i reached the apartment at 0900pm after 28 to 30hours of travel, and got the key around 1230am) for the key to reach from the home of the housekeeping staff to the property, instead of sending it using a motorcycle which is faster the key was sent in a car which navigates slower in Mexico city if there is traffic. I was told by the contact from Mr W that night that they will speak to the reservations and see how I can be compensated for this inconvenience, and after during my entire stay there was dead silence, no contact made by Mr W management or staff, as if just forgotten and shrugged off, absolutely unprofessional management, its not that I seek any refund, but I have 28 years of experience in hospitality industry, running a travel company & restaurants with team of 50+, we are humans, mistakes happen, but how we try resolve, give attention, show concern, is what makes the difference. The apartment itself is just fine, ok if you stay outdoor whole day & just come to sleep, water was never hot enough, the bed was not comfortable, no windows which open to the outside, the lighting is dull and during my entire stay of 6 nights, there was no cleaning at all, not even once, I was told at the reception by the guard that there will one cleaning done during the stay, which did not happen.

Die Schlafzimmer sind relativ klein und die Wohnungen etwas hellhörig. Das war aber nicht sonderlich schlimm.

Liked that it was clean and large and had almost everything we needed

Wifi needed fixing and the fridge turned off mid visit. We figured out how to fix both without help from the staff. Front door people were lovely but cleaners (we think?) were loud in the morning and the sound really caries up the open area of the building. Kitchen could benefit from a kettle for tea. Mattress in 101 inner room could be updated as it’s very saggy with a big lump in the middle.

The apartment was well equipped and appointed. The root top terrace was lovely, and the location in Condesa was within 15 minutes of many good restaurants and a Walmart for groceries. The beds were very comfortable and the showers had great water pressure and ample hot water.

We had been told we would be met by a representative who would provide us with the details of the apartment. No one met us. We were also told that the 24 hour concierge would speak English. Not one of the front desk staff spoke any English. We were on our own to find the washer/dryer ( described as in the kitchen) but actually on the roof terrace. We were left on our own to find the garbage location. A text to the agency representative did finally answer to tell us the water was not potable, and did provide information on nearby restaurants. People should also be aware that the majority of apartments in the building are residential, and there is no way to control any noise from the other units. Given that there are light shafts in the middle of the building, sound is amplified and at times at night it was very noisy. For transport to and from the airport, we would suggest using Uber.

Location was great. Liked 2 bedrooms which is hard to find in Condesa Reception desk people very nice and helpful. Kitchen with stove and refrigerator Rooftop area to relax Responsive to requests

Was bit noisy. They allow pets and someone let their dog unattended who was barking for over 3 hours one morning. Other times, other dogs barking disturbing the peace. No early or late check in or checkout Key to front door sticky and hard to open sometimes

Good value nice area all the facilities we need and a nice shared rooftop terrace
