We were very happy to be easy walking distance to a well equipped grocery store, Chapultepec Park, restaurants and easy access to the metro. Kitchen is very well equipped and there is a separate water filter tap. There is always a welcome at the locked front door, an elevator, and a good laundry room with free washer and dryer. The rooftop balcony is a comfortable quiet oasis.

The foam mattress bed was a bit soft for our liking.

Location in Condesa . Bed linens provided as was shampoo and soap . Kitchen nicely stocked .

I booked a specific apartment from the photos and then they said I would get any apartment available . I fought them on this on the booking website since it was non refundable and I did not want to be on ground level . They would not agree until I posted on on their Instagram account for misleading photos and asked for a full refund . It is a very old building . I live in Mexico so knew what to expect . No heat or aircon which is typical . No natural light in the living room . It feels like you are in a cave . Small interior window in one bedroom and one facing street in other . Blinds to keep out light and for privacy . Couch was very old . Bathrooms were nice . No housekeeping for a week which was fine as their is no safe do valuables . I had to contact them as I had no hot water the first day . There are pets allowed so need dogs barking quite a bit . The upstairs roof is nice but someone decided to have party with about 20 friends and dogs unleashed . Took over the entire space and I am sure they were not renters . So many frustrations it made the stay unpleasant . It is a good location .

Très joli appartement avec tout pour un séjour agréable. L’emplacement était idéal pour explorer les divers quartiers à pied ou par transports en commun . Belle terrasse sur le toit . Il y a un gardien de sécurité 24/7 . Tout le personnel est très attentif , prêt à nous aider et conseiller .

This Hotelito and location is excellent. The hosts are wonderful and the facilities great. Its in a relatively quiet but very convenient location. From here you can walk into Roma and some very cool areas. We are early 60's and would recommend this place for anyone like us. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to use, facility clean and tidy. Would definitely book here again. There is someone at the front desk 24/7, which we found to be very helpful.

Not much. There are always little things that could change, but we were very happy here...
