When we arrived there was no one there to meet us. Finally a woman named Anna showed up and the apartment she gave us was not the apartment I booked. First it was on the 1st floor with no views or windows. The rooms did not match the pictures of the room I booked. Mostly importantly the apartment I booked was supposed to have 2 queen beds and the apartment I was shown had 2 double beds and one of them filled the bedroom. The room wasn't clean and the cleaners showed up while we were standing there. When I told Anna this was not the room I booked she said there was a little mix up and she didn't know what happened. She was unable to give us another another room as she said it was a holiday and everything was booked. So Our only choice was to leave and find another place to stay. I want my $650 charge back.

Small but well laid out apartment was perfect for 2 couples as a base to explore the city. The neighborhood is great, you can walk to shops, parks, bars, gym and restaurants. Having a door person is a nice touc, and they were helpful and friendly. Apartment had everything we needed and the rooftop is a bonus oasis on a hot day. Comfy beds too.

The property is in a good location. It’s very safe. It’s not in the hustle and bustle of Roman Norte. But close enough to walk there. I saw complaints about the hot water, not being enough. That was not our case. There was plenty of hot water. The place is very clean. Staff is friendly. There is security at the door. There’s a pharmacy across the street, Tacos down the street couple of restaurants. It’s also close to the subway. I really like this location. I love that there was two bathrooms.

What I didn’t like was that I text the property management and never got a response. I also did not like that our room was not ready on time. And like I said management would not respond. I like the place, the property in itself so much that I wanted to rent two apartments for the following month. I did see they were available on booking, but I tried messaging and calling management to see if we can get them right next to each other and they never responded so we opted for a different property. Other than management not communicating or responding everything else was perfect.
