The location was easy walking distance to a large choice of restuarants and to the park, castle etc. Also convenient walmart store for supplies only a very short walk away as is the metro pink line.

The photo shown for the apartment was different to the room we had. Lots of hair on the sofa.

Le manque de réactivité de la part de l’équipe en charge de notre accompagnement. Nous avons eu un problème d’eau chaude (qui était intermittente) qui n’a pas été résolu malgré deux messages WhatsApp à mon interlocutrice. De même, je n’ai jamais eu de retour pour une demande de prestation extérieure. Dommage.

There was nothing about property we did not like

the front desk staff were exceptional….our first full day in CDMX we walked too much during the day, but grabbed groceries for our aptment and came back to no one at the desk…rang doorbell may times, came back an hour later and they were there…never happened again

we left a phone message with the number given on the “property details” sheet, never got a response… you have no instructions on your television system, any kind of information that only your own streaming services will get you any television usage would be great we realized quickly that it’s an apartment facility, and that in a concrete building you are at the whims of the “tenants”…ANY kind of signage in the hallways that other people exist in the dwelling, and that quiet hours NEED to be respected for your fellow humans would be a nice upgrade.

Excellent location on a beautiful street close to lots of great restaurants

Front room right on the street and next to the reception desk so heard absolutely everything. Also a very dark room and we weren’t sent the code to unlock the door beforehand so a bit of confusion with the reception staff.
