The whole building needs a proper clean up or a refurbishment

it was ok for top room, quit while nobody else at home.

at midnight came lots of drunk people and made big noise, banging doors in all rooms and bathrooms, constantly loughing and shouting. So I was going down and told to be quit please, but they didnt pay attention to that. I was shocked that people can be so loud at night and no respect to others who sleep.

The place was impossible to find listed as 2 Dale Tce which the latest UK GPS could not find Had to go door knocking to find it the outside appearance was disconcerting needed a good sweep .You listed parking was available but it was on a main road with no free spots In all it made me feel uncomfortable I did not stay even though I had paid in full

Communication were good and simple to gain access to the room.

The blinds were broken and wouldn't shut The cooker in the kitchen was dirty. Looks like there's been leaks through the ceilings all through the property or damp. Both plug sockets by the mirror did not work. The wicker chair was broken and ripped my partners trousers when he sat in it. One bathroom is not ideal with 8 occupants needing to leave by a certain time in the morning.
