No spoons poor security no lights outsidd no tv in property verbally aggressive neighbor can provid proof if needed the place is falling appart proof can be provided cleanleynes blood in bathroom sink which is a hazard doest look at all like the listing e.g. wardobe is a pipe on the wall can provide proof is needed only cold tap qorked in room toilet and tap wasnt even on properly

Room was not as described. No tv, tea & coffee and did not look like the image.

Clean room perfect for what we needed Was skeptical with reviews but honestly think they was just nit picking U get what u pay for for 50 a room you cant expect luxury rooms it was clean modern and cosy

The downfall was trying to find it took us a few minutes

Bed was comfy

No spoons in kitchen..no hot water on or heating for first 4 hours..one towel between 2 people..oven is filthy..

As a disabled we was put on the top floor attic space no onsuite you had climb down a narrow staircase to use the only toilet in the building and if you wanted a drink you have to go down some more stairs for the only kitchen there was no fire exit as the back door didn't open the place is dangerous and a fire hazard it is not suitable to be a bed and breakfast we left and booked another b&b there is a none refundable policy so I cannot get my money back disgusting
