Ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta, hyvä aamiainen. Tilava, siisti huone! Allasalue oli mukava. Sijainti oli myös kiva.

Huoneeseeni kuului päivällä liikenteen ääni todella hyvin, kuin olisi ikkuna koko ajan auki, mutta se ei onneksi pahemmin häirinnyt :)

"Charmantes, sauberes Hotel"

Das Hotel hat tolle Zimmer, Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und freundlich. Wie viele Hotels in Hoi An ist auch dieses etwas älter von der Substanz her, aber es wurde renoviert und liebevoll hergerichtet. Der Charme ist definitiv erhalten geblieben.

Es ist nicht sehr zentral, aber vor der Tür fahren viele elektronische offene Busse. Damit kann man bequem in die Stadt fahren. Sonst ca 15-20min laufen.

"Good option for value stay in hoi an"

Had 2 adjoining rooms which were very nice and modern. Solid place so noise didnt carry. Good overall value

Breakfast fairly average i thought. Didnt find much appetising. Banged my head badly on the doorway up to the pool. Very low door frame and no warning signs at all. Rood top pool area could do with some maintenance.

Everything. From the warm friendly welcome of Trang & team Ha, Thao. Trang was the most helpful and smiling person we've had in all hotels throughout Vietnam, she upgraded us to walk-in shower room after hurting my back. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Rooftop pool was beautiful, clean, large and perfect temperature. Nice seating, lounging area that got a cooler breeze in afternoon/evening..very pleasant for cocktails. They also offer good bicycle free, and not too busy, yet close walk to Old Town. Lots of great restaurants within 5 minute walk. Highly Recommend

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es definitiv weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das hervorragende Personal – alle waren stets sehr nett, aufmerksam und vor allem kinderfreundlich. Ein großes Dankeschön geht an die Rezeption, insbesondere an Mrs. Ha, Mrs. Thao und Mrs. Trang, die uns jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit unterstützt haben. Das Hotel war außerdem sehr sauber und gepflegt, was uns besonders wichtig ist. Auch der Poolbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben die Zeit dort wirklich genossen. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

La piscina de la azotea es increíble con hamacas y camas súper cómodas, además todo el personal es súper majo, gracias a Ha Thang Thao por el check out y guardarnos el equipaje y dejarnos usar la piscina ese mismo día
