The rooms were so nice and clean really big and spacious

I think the pool furniture could do with a bit of an upgrade but was lovely otherwise always clean towels lovely staff and lovely view

The hotel staff were very helpful throughout the stay, and the location was convenient—around 20 minutes from the Old Town. Breakfast was decent, though a wider selection would have improved the experience. The rooftop pool was a nice spot to relax when quiet, but the space is quite small and can become busy quickly.

Sehr gute Lage, und sehr gutes Frühstück mit sehr großer Obstauswahl. Lage etwas außerhalb der Altstadt super, da man mit dem Fahrrad so auch schnell am Strand ist.

Im Pool sind die Fliesen teils kaputt. Leider hatte ich mehrere Splitter im Fuß. Ansonsten aber alles super und der Rooftoppool ist trotzdem schön. Und

Need to update some of the facilities in the room.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The rooftop pool is exceptional, and the rooms are beautifully designed and generously sized. Overall, we did enjoy our stay; however, there were a few issues that raised concerns regarding customer care and cleanliness.

During our stay, I unfortunately discovered a large insect in our bed. While the staff responded promptly and replaced the bedding, I felt that the situation warranted some form of goodwill gesture or compensation, particularly given the hotel's relatively high price point. When I suggested that a small gesture, such as complimentary drinks, might have been appropriate, the response was dismissive. Additionally, we found that the spa and sauna facilities were not operational, and the basement area where they were located appeared neglected.
