It hadn’t been cleaned well. No toilet paper, bin full and mouldy food in it in kitchen. After asking they came the next day. But it shouldn’t be like this when you arrive.

PLGBExcellent location close to Wilmslow Road. High quality room. Powerful electric heater. Parking space for my car. Good communication with the host via email or WhatsApp to give code for key safe etc. Showers have sliding doors so no more mess like in previous reviews. Keys for front door and room door, outer pvc door remains unlocked, no code required to open.
Water boiler serves 2 or 3 rooms at least so water goes cold after about 15 minutes in the shower if someone else is using the water at the same time in another room. Bedding has slight chemical smell, which reassured me that it had been sanitised but doesn't make for a good first night's sleep. Extractor fan in bathroom had a loud rattle which I had to fix with a bit of tissue paper shoved behind one corner. Could hear other guests through walls and ceiling quite easily.
CHIt was clean when we arrived and there was enough space to put the luggage on the floor. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to enjoy a tea each morning.
The glass that is supposed to protect the floor from getting all wett in the shower is too small so when you took a shower the floor got very wet. Additionally the corridor and the kitichen had a very weird stench to it. The walls are very thin so you could hear the neighbours, especially when they were using the shower or the toilet.

Getting a message saying if you are still found at the apartment at 10.30am you will be charged. That is unnecessarily unpleasant. Puts me off giving my custom again. It also differs from the documented booking.comcheck out of 11am.
