The Kent- Luxury Rooms

The property was very close to the bus stop and had a lot of shops nearby, mainly food restaurants and pubs. It was extremely comfy and a part of a quiet neighbourhood where everyone minds their own. I was lucky to have flatmates that were also very polite and friendly so it was a pleasant stay with no excessive noise.

The shower doesn’t have a sliding door so it gets very messy whenever you take a shower. I had to leave the door closed and the window opened every time i took one in order to let the floor dry. Also, the fire alarm outside the bathroom goes off if you let the room get too steamy!! So be sure to open the windows afterwards.

The location was convenient, and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Check-in was straightforward, and the parking facilities were good. The Wi-Fi worked well, there was plenty of hot water, and the instructions and communication were helpful.

There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway, though thankfully it didn’t carry into the room. The noise from neighbouring rooms, including doors slamming early in the morning and late at night, was disruptive, although I understand this can be difficult to control. The room itself could have been cleaner—the bedding was fine, but the walls were noticeably dirty, the blinds were broken, and the bathroom cup for toothbrushes wasn’t clean, which made me question the overall cleanliness of the room.

Lovely comfortable and warm room. 4 minute taxi away from Manchester academy. Easy instructions and quiet area.

The heating system in the bathroom was not working properly, otherwise no complaints.

High standard of cleaniness. Comfortable. Good location regarding bus route, shops, hospital and Manchester City centre

No hot water on the first morning. Television did not work The blind was slightly broken, so the room didn't feel private ..we where on the ground floor. A lot of light from the security light coming into the room at night. A lot of people 'coming and going' during the night. The front door was slammed several times. We didn't like the plastic cups supplied for tea and coffee...not luxury

Room and bathroom were aesthetic. Room was comfortable and heater heated the room very quickly.

Shower didn't have a door and the glass covered only 1/4 of the shower so water splashed made the whole bathroom wet which we had to clean with the towels, which then we had no radiators to put them on. Not enough hot water for 2 people to shower after each other so water got cold.
