The Kent- Luxury Rooms

Maison moderne très agréable ce pendant la propreté laisse à désirer des habitants de la maison pas très normaux gâche tout. Je me suis pas senti en sécurité avec mon fils de 11 ans .

Certains habitants de la maison qui fument de l’herbe dans le salon l’odeur très fort la musique à fond, reste de nourriture laisser dans la cuisine, le levier rempli de vaisselle sale, poubelle débordante etc …..

Decent location

Essentially a closet-sized room. Although the room looked clean, it had a terrible smell of sweat. It was as if the entire room had been soaked in sweat. In spite of opening the windows for over 8 hours, there was no improvement. I raised the issue with the manager/owner who asked me to leave the windows open. I said I did and it hasn’t improved to which she said there’s no alternative rooms, and that the others available are more expensive and I would have to pay additional for those - despite the fact that the problem was with the room / accommodation. She denied a refund, and I had to pack my bags and leave the same day and find a travelodge last minute for accommodation. A wholly frustrating and disappointing experience. Extremely unhelpful and dismissive, and non-existent customer service. Would never recommend staying in this property again.

very clean room, comfy bed, attractive decor and finish, very quiet street.

entry door code was very glitch, no towel rail in bathroom but a very minor issue.

Small and stuffy room , noisy from upstairs, It's a semi detached sharing house with rooms rented individually. It's not a proper Apartment or flat.

Noise, room hot and stuffy

Comfortable bed and large room.

The room was not soundproofed - you could hear the other guests very easily.

En-suite - clean and relatively big in size, kitchen and washing drying facilities

Cleaning charges are too much

Clean and comfortable

No access heating so it was very cold in the winter season nights
