"Perfect place for family stay ."

The property had everything for our family stay, big kitchen with lots of utensils, lovely hot shower, nice comfy beds.

It was close to Road, and one of bedrooms was front facing and close to Road and it could be noisy in the morning. We did have windows open because it was so hot, so to be expected, and we were up early so really no problem.

"Lovely little stay in Coniston"

Great location just at the edge of the village, very quiet as away from pubs etc but a 5 minute walk into the village and down to the lake. Accommodation was spacious and very comfortable.

Nothing really, if I was being picky I would say the heating issue needs to be resolved before winter and the light in the hall at the top of the stairs wasn't working so could only be controlled from downstairs.

The location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The property owners were very friendly and enjoyed a chat.

I would have liked a bath in the property. It would have been nice to have a soak after a day of walking around the area. Also not having a washing line. There is a washing machine, but i couldnt find line to dry my clothes.

This was an excellent property well advertised. In the village itself. Parking available. Clean. Had useful utensils and a small amount of perishable is ready for utilising. Would definitely return.

Cosy cottage in a great location in Coniston. Near to the lake and pubs and shops. Very clean. Good space, well equipped house. Just very helpful.

Would have been good to have had a downstairs toilet or an en suite upstairs as 1 bathroom was a bit of a limitation for 4 people.

"Superb"

It had all we needed,and much more. Plenty of kitchen equipment, popcorn and hot chocolate poweder for the kids, 2 towels each, Brand new shower. A table outside which the weather didn't let us enjoy

We liked all. The furniture and room design was a bit old, but that is part of the charm
