Close enough to Taj and near the main road. Good for single budget corporate travelers. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Goan cuisine at the restaurant was very good

"Not the usual Ginger standard"

The hotel has no lift. Steps are hard to climb after spending a day out and about exploring Goa. Also in this area its nearly impossible to find a cab. No cabs even on Goamiles App. And hotel travel desk has an agent who tries to exploit that to his advantage.
