One small dissatisfied your service i booked via booking.com website past 10 years i am using for international hotel booking.. While booking one offer mentioned in the photos and front page of your hotel details its shows from Nov 2024 to Mar 2025 festive offer is going on that one breakfast and one meal free for this booking period whether avail lunch or dinner. When we coming on first day we asked for the festive offer in front desk they refused and said its applicable only booking in official website but its not right actually there is no information in your official site and booking.com website also when booking.. This is totally dissatisfied your service.. Past 34 years i am an employee in one of Tata Group company...

great for what i required very friendly and room was clean, was not there to stay all day at the hotel which would not be what you would need but did the job for me

The location was good. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a nice lobby and dining hall. Aknur and staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the massive, cushioned seating area on the side with a wooden board in the middle.

The room was a little small with queen size bed. Although it had a large closet with plenty of hangers for clothes. There were a couple of nice, elevated areas with black slab to keep our suitcases and more.
