Breakfast spread was poor. Location is way out.

Smell in the corridors was weird. Felt like one was in a damp musky place.

No lift facility. Hotel needs to fix this problem. Its harsh on elderly people to walk stairs for 2 floors after paying this amount of room charges. Its disappointing such a big Hotel chain having hotel without Lift facility. Also the seating sofa was converted to an extra cot for which they charged 1200 INR per night extra just by adding one pillow. In short one pillow costs 1200 INR per night. Utter waste of money!
