GBLovely lodge, everything we needed was there. Shame there was no bus route to get into York from the site. Lovely surroundings, quiet and peaceful.

The bed was too soft. The bathroom off the bedroom didn’t have hot water. it was fine as there was another shower and our stay was only two days.

No heating or hot water on 3 Mar, only sorted around 10am on 4 Mar. Suspected leak. We requested the hot tub be filled on 4 Mar, but returned to the same low water level
