We got 2 emails & both had the wrong pin code for the lock keys. . But after phoning security we were given the right code.
GBGBGBGBGBGBThe park itself is lovely, very calm and quite with a lovely pub on site and one just a 10 minutes walk down the road. Hot tub makes the weekend & even better with lovely weather.
We went away as a family of 5 for my nanas 70th birthday. When we got there, we checked in and went to the lodge to find they had moved us in a different lodge as they double booked. We weren't notified at all, and even when I went to the reception, I still was not notified of the problem. I was really disappointed as I specifically picked a lodge I wanted, which was over the little lake with the fountains all lit up. We got put in a lodge that was totally differently decorated & not as nice as the one i picked and we got put next to a dirty pond with trees blocking the sun. When I rang reception, the girl said "aw yeah sorry we have double booked so had to move you". Really disappointed with this, if I wanted a lodge that we were in I'd of booked that one. We paid for what we wanted not to be moved without any notice in a lodge we did not choose to be in.
