The apartment has superb location, restaurants and shops are just behind the corner. Arjan, the owner, was very helpful, great communication before, during and after my stay. The apartment is super cosy, everything was very well designed, super clean, bed with a great mattress. I highly recommend to stay with Arjan.

We loved the accommodation here in Utrecht and Arjen was super helpful in giving us local information that we used to good effect. The room is really tasteful and we loved the book that tells you all about the history of the room and how it was converted and modernised. There is a fridge and coffee machine plus kettle and cooking hob - all very useful. The centre of the city is very close and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It was also quiet in the evenings and through the night time despite it being so close to the main road. We would definitely return

"A perfect mini break to celebrate my wife and my birthday."

Brilliant location. All amenities were very close by and easy to get to. Hosts communicated really well throughout our stay. Made themselves available for any help/queries we might have had. Beautiful property with excellent facilities. Will definitely use again when we return.

Everything was straightforward and easy. From communication with the host to obtaining entry to the room. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The host Arjan and his wife were fantastic and very welcoming. The room itself was very clean and cosy. The bed being very comfortable. The garden area is a lovely feature. Location is in a very quiet clean area of utrecht with ideal location to both the city centre and the Utrecht Central. I highly recommend this stay! If i ever return to Utrecht this will be the first place i look. Thank you!

There wasn't anything to complain about.
