This place is charming and beautiful. Everything perfectly prepared. Great contact with the owner. THANK YOU

We couldn't have found a better place, it was simply extraordinary. We did not need our car, everything was in walking distance. The owner was very helpful and likeable. The apartment was a dream. Most comfortable and, well, stylish and cozy? I think the photos of it explain what I mean. We will definitely come back.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The short staircase from the hall down to the flat is very steep and has no banister. The owner helped me with my case on arrival and departure but maybe it would be a good idea to explain this in advance. It might be a problem for some people.

Arjan and Chantal along with their sweet dog were super welcoming. The place is comfortable and well equipped. It's also central and easy to walk to and from. Hartelijk bedankt en tot ziens! : )

Arjan was a fabulous host, making us feel welcomed and checking in on us whilst also respecting our privacy. The place was spotlessly clean and felt like home instantly. The highlight for me was the outdoor space, the perfect spot for a cup of tea after a busy day of sightseeing!

If I was being super fussy, I would suggest including some kitchen towels and a cleaning spray in the kitchenette supplies, just to help maintain the cleanliness of the place! But honestly, no complaints from us. We loved our time here.

We spent a weekend in the City room and had a fantastic stay! Arjan was a brilliant host, very responsive and helpful. The room was decorated to an extremely high standard and was equipped with everything you needed, including a Bluetooth speaker, a coffee machine and gorgeous toiletries. We enjoyed reading about the renovation history of the property in the folder in the room. A perfect place for our weekend in Utrecht!
