The Westin Goa

We had a wonderful stay..staff was extremely courteous. Especially Bhawna was very nice to us ,she even told us about various nearby places to hang out

Food quality is excellent, Staffs are helpful and responsive especially the housekeeping and the restaurants. Rooms are big and clean, nice spa.

On the other side Westin is bit far from the main beaches , small pool ,no other entertainments, need vehicle to move around.

And of course, heartfelt appreciation to Diana, the Loyalty Manager, whose thoughtful gestures and personal attention made us feel genuinely valued as Marriott guests. Her warmth and hospitality reflect the true spirit of the Westin brand. From the serene ambience to the exceptional service, The Westin Goa exceeded all expectations. Everything was there to be liked

We stayed for three days and the breakfast was excellent every day! The special treats which were brought to our tables elevated the whole experience. The cocktail hour was a highlight as well. Our kids really enjoyed the starters. The staff is so courteous and always so responsive and helpful.

The only thing which can be improved is the bathroom floor height. The dry area hardly remains dry as the water from the shower area always spills over.

The service is extremely extremely good. Once of the best services i have received. Since there was a special occasion they provided additional services also to us. It was beyond expectation in some services. Bhawana and her team help me a lot. Also Rahul Sonar and Yusuf help with food a lot. They included all thing for us in the dinner package.

It is a bit far from beach though Westin provides shutter for beach.
