We recently stayed at The Westin Goa, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and cared for. A special mention to Dipen from the concierge, who was incredibly helpful and courteous, and to Shrishti and Raksha at the reception, who greeted us with warm smiles and ensured a smooth check-in. At the spa, Monica provided a truly relaxing experience, and Gargi at the coffee shop served us with genuine warmth and attentiveness. Every interaction reflected a deep commitment to guest satisfaction. The hospitality exceeded all expectations — friendly faces, proactive assistance, and a sincere effort to make our stay memorable. The team at The Westin Goa truly made us feel at home, and we’re grateful for their exceptional service.
