COFFEE LOFT - Grand Master Palace

COFFEE LOFT - Grand Master Palace was a great choice for our stay. The apartment is spacious, well-decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant experience. It was clean and tidy, and the location is perfect for anyone wanting to be right in the heart of the city.

The only downside was the poor window insulation. Since the apartment is located in the city center, we could hear music and people talking on the street throughout the night, which disrupted our sleep a bit. However, if you're not bothered by noise, this is an excellent place to stay.

Beautiful place, we enjoyed, we liked everything.

Smell; noise

The location was fantastic - right in the heart of the old town with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The accommodation looked just like the photos and was bright and stylish. The hosts were quick to respond to requests.

We had read about the noise from the street in other reviews so were prepared for this and didn't mind, but it would potentially be annoying for others. There was some confusion when we arrived as the room was still being cleaned, so we went away and came back later (well after the check-in time) and it still wasn't ready. This was a little frustrating. I did also find that there was a high amount of admin to do for the booking (separate forms to fill out etc.) and found the frequent pre-trip contact from the hosts rather irritating, particularly when they phoned me for no apparent reason. Some of this additional contact could have been avoided.

The experience I had with the apartment manager was totally unpleasant. We were in front of the apartment and we could not enter because his payment method was not working, I tried many times to contact him by phone but he did not answer. I sent him messages and he replied that we do not receive the code until we pay, under the conditions in which we booked through booking.com and these reservations are guaranteed. It is inadmissible that after a journey of several hours by plane to be left in the middle of the street, together with your family, by an administrator careless with tourists, in conclusion, it is to be avoided.
