1.No coffee . kettle in the room. 2.No cupboard in the room 3..WIFI 1 out 10. 4. Food expensive 5.Hot water shower ??? 6.Room 812. 7 No water pressure in toilet or wash off. 8.No chairs as promised for the balcony. 9.No table to eat in the room. 10.paid for double cappinincino 8k gave 10k...still not received the 2k change from the waiter. 11 Hotel wanted to charge me for breakfast for my guest. 12.Embrassed me then reception told the kitchen we booked for 2 people. 13.Spa closed.. 14 To many non paying visitors taking over the restaurant thought residents are nr 1 paying clients... 15..drinks and alcohol expensive

Very good well prepared food. Lovely friendly staff who are very warm and pleasant.

Room was very spacious and clean. Outdoor restaurant/bar area overlooked the water and provided a lovely spot to hang out with friends. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner food at the restaurant was delicious and attractively presented. Location was good. The coffee lovers in the group particularly liked that it was within walking distance to Endiro coffee, a high-end, fair-trade establishment.

We requested a room in a quiet area -- couldn't be accommodated due to construction -- so we ended up in a room right in the front. It was quiet until one party leaving the property after 1am was picked up by a driver blasting loud music from the car. Not the hotel's fault that they had an inconsiderate guest, but this is a potential risk for people in that front room. Wait time for food service in the restaurant was longer than average for dinner.
