Oeiras by the beach - Checkinhome

Near to the beach and bus and train station. Clean and comfortable. With everything you need. Nice place in a nice area. I would stay again.

Location to the Train line into the city was great and a short walk to a city beach with calm water was also enjoyable for afternoon swims after touring Lisbon. Having the half bathroom was also really helpful and the kitchen was well stocked.

C'était très bien mais il faudrait réparer la porte de la salle de bain abîmée par un dégât des eaux

The apartment is located near a nice garden and a beach. Considering all parking available nearby is payed, having a garage is a plus if you have a car. There is a washing machine, dryer and all the appliances you would need It has everything you need for cooking purposes and also a coffee machine with some courtesy coffee. The rooms are quite big

The apartment is right next to the train line and there was construction work being done on the floor above (we were not informed), so the noise was quite unbearable. There is air conditioning only in the living room and it is small and does not work properly. The rooms become too hot. (The floor fans that they have are really dirty and do not work properly) The shower does not work properly and water leaks through the floor (you have to be extra careful and even so, it floods). There are rats in the garage There was cleaning staff in the apartment right before we checked in, but the apartment was not cleaned properly at all. Overall, if maintainance was done properly and the apartment was more taken care of, it would be a really nice place to stay
