Entrance needs a good sweep.All windows need cleaning.Sitting room not at all like the advertising photograph. No plug in bathroon wash basin. Ingrained mould round tap side of bath.Blind hanging off righthand side of bathroom window.Garden was weeded whilst we were there but looked a mess on arrival. Boiler did not function properly. We love Ripon and the location is fantastic. This is such a beautiful house that would so benefit from greater care.

Fantastic location with cathedral views

Parking can be hit or miss although there is space in front of property along road and if not a nearby carpark.

Very comfy, everything we needed. A stones throw from the centre of Ripon, next to the cathedral. Ben was a really helpful host.

Spotlessly clean. Easy street parking. Comfortable beds and sofas. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely and warm on arrival, which was just as well because we stayed in November. Thoroughly enjoyable visit.

Sadly a technical hitch on the boiler meant that we had cold water and no heating for 1 1/2 days - outside of this, the standard of property and location where top notch.
