HIGH SAINT COTTAGE - Stunning 3 Bed Accommodation located in Ripon, North Yorkshire

Host Ben polite and helpful.

Grating outside kitchen almost blocked/smelly and waste water overflowing into yard. We unblocked it. Overflow in kitchen sink had pan scrub and mould jammed in. Again we cleared this. Bathroom sink does not empty and needs attention. Boiler temperamental - lack of hot water.

Central situation .

Needed a mirror and chair in small bedroom. Couldn’t get the cooker hood to work . Cupboard interior in bathroom needed painting or some kind of improvement.

Beautiful home ,lovely location ,despite the awful weather ( we were so unlucky with storm D arriving) but lovely time had never the less as it was such a outstandingly beautiful location we still ventured out close by ,very friendly area and return back to a warm house with s very well equipped kitchen ,.loved it!! Would definitely book again ,100 percent ,thank you 🎄🩷

If I had to say anything, it would have to be the upstairs mattress in the attic , very hard !! But the room is stunning, so I didn't care but husband did a bit x Thank you

Needs blinds in kitchen. Quite unnerving at night when it’s dark.

Fantastic location, only a five minute walk into Ripon. Ben was always available if needed and messaged us prior to arrival explaining how to get there, park etc. Very comfortable beds and loads of space throughout the home. We will definitely return!

We have used this house a couple of times now as its in a perfect location for the relatives we visit. Its close to the main centre and is always spotless. The host was very quick to respond when we highlighted a small issue, and it was repaired the following morning, excellent service thats for sure.
