Localização excelente e pequeno-almoço de boa qualidade. O edifício em si é encantador, com um estilo clássico muito agradável, e o quarto bastante confortável. Sem dúvida, a dedicação e simpatia dos funcionários tornaram a nossa curta estadia memorável, especialmente o Greg, que prontamente nos ajudou a resolver um problema que surgiu.

Good location, walking distance to the old town Malacca and all the attractions and historical precincts, overlooking the Melaka River.. Large, clean comfortable , well appointed room. Excellent staff where nothing was too much trouble. Lovely breakfast.

Helpful staff was a bonus. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable.

Staff were amazing, so helpful & smiles everywhere! Room was very comfy & lovely bath. Breakfast was great reflection of local cuisine & the dinners were even better!

room we had was next to utilities/service pipes which made noise in the middle of the night. Don't recommend a room near the lifts, too much noise.

Staff were lovely - great heritage / historical building.

Room furniture scuffed.
