I had to wait 45 min for the proprietary owner and he didn’t came , he didn’t refund the money as well

No one to check me in. I have contacted the property manager after booking explaining that I would be quite late to check in as I would only arrive in UK after 9pm. Manager advised me that this would be fine and I only had to call him back on my arrival for him to let me in. I have contacted the manager multiple times but got no answer. Me and my fiance stayed out in the rain.

Didn’t like anything there

I have stay there 1 hour for check in and the room is very dirty smells bad used tissue are there and many more and I know at that same day just I left the property less than an hour and I ask for refund till now not sort it out

It was very close to where my husband was having a meeting

There was no tea or coffee making facilities inside the room. For a room that size, I would add 2 cups, 2 glass, and tea making facilities. The shower was too hot and difficult to gauged, I suggest this is repaired.

The room was ensurcure meaning the glass doors what divide the room I was in and the next room next to me. I believe that it wS in safe for anyone of whom would stay in the room. Also it was very dirty and the owner of the property was not helpful and very abrupt.
