The location wasn’t far from the express road

The room was dusty, the tv remote wasn’t working properly on the Tv, the heating was tuned on for one hour in the evening I arrive and one hour the next day that’s unacceptable. The only service appreciated was the staff who was helpful.

Room was nice and clean

Theres a partition in the room noose come from next door, Host was realy un professional i was out all day just went midnight for sleep check out is 11 but the host start banging the door at 10 am and very rude, really dont want to face someone rude after waking up

Bed is very clean

The host will keep eye on you like your going to still his house lol Every few min is on your door telling you how electricity is so expensive like l was leaving there for free. 9 o'clock in the morning there's hoovering going on if it's not hoovering the man will be on phone over an hr talking Lound while Your Trying To sleep. Terrible

The Family Lodge is located at 3rd floor of the house in Ilford and there is free car park outside ( on road). Iron and washing machine available for customers. 1 double bed, 1 double mattress on the floor, 1 cupboard and 1 tv where in the room with a fridge.

Fridge was not clean and noisy. Shower was broken. taps were broken as well. when we asked the host to repair he said later , I can't now. Water was coming from the pipe. Unable to take a SHOWER AND MANAGE THE TEMPERATURE OF WATER. The old blanket was smelly and very dirty.
