"Super friendly staff and budget-friendly"

The staff is really friendly and helpful. As soon as we checked in the guy (he told us to call him Bobo), offered to help us with the bags. The room had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay for our 2 nights in London; fridge, toileteries, extra bedding, wardrobe, en-suite washroom, fan and a kitchen downstairs to access microwave, etc. Would highly recommend for those who just need a place to crash on a budget.

far from London central, about 41 mins drive. but Seven Kings train station is near and Uber Boat Clipper (Barkings) is 14 mins drive away.

"Terrible"

Accommodation was overbooked, sanitary conditions were not good. I had to sleep in the Car. This property should not be on booking.com
