Mailbox 2 Bed Apartment Birmingham City Centre

Excellent location for Birmingham City Centre and transport links. Grand Central Station 10 mins walk. Plenty of waterfront bars, restaurants and cafes on doorstep. Contact with hosts was exceptional with very clear check in details and informative video. Responses to any query was promptly answered. Apartment was secure and well appointed.

A few minor maintenance issues but did'nt cause us any significant problem and host responded immediately to our satisfaction.

Terrible location. Facilities not as described in ad. All in all, total waste of time and money. I did not stay to find out what a night there would have been like. Terrible through and through

The apartment is lovely🥰

I couldn’t find the entrance to the apartment cz of the homeless people that were at the front of the main entrance and blocked the visibility of the entrance. The neighbors were watching our every move, we were not even allowed to play music during the day because they would complain.

The location wasn’t bad at all. The accommodation was immaculate and so comfortable. It had everything we could have needed.

Small problem with people hanging around but as soon as I told hosts they were very good about it.

Everything It was a very cosy apartment so clean and well designed and decorated All the staff we were in contact with communicated effectively and politely. very respectful
