Mailbox 2 Bed Apartment Birmingham City Centre

The property was extremely clean and well decorated. The location was perfect if you wanna stay birmingham city centre as it’s a stone throw away from bars/restraunt and nightlife.

Only 1 set of keys were available which meant if you’re staying with groups of friends etc you would have to share the key to allow access to the building

We haven’t got the best admin-wise experience but Stacey has been extremely swift and helpful, taking the time to help and clarify things. Really appreciate her dedicated approach to customer service.

Kept getting some smell from the toilet sinks but we got used to it.

It was in the perfect location - close to the train station, close to main attractions and restaurants. Beautifully decorated and clean. The beds were so comfortable! The host was very attentive, she maintained contact.

The apartmant was stunning! The place is thoroughly clean, and it feels like home! The furniture is completely new and the apartment feels very cozy! The location is also perfect, and you can get to many places very quickly. The neighbourhood is very calm and quiet! I will definitely recommend it

This was a lovely apartment, very cosy and exceptionally clean! Contact with the host Stacey was always prompt and she was very helpful. I hope to come back and stay for longer.

The apartment was clean with a great location, it was extremely comfortable the kids loved the bed and would have been quite happy just lounging there for the two days.

There was some confusion about the parking which wasn’t included as first indicated, but the host contributed towards the parking fee as a gesture of goodwill. No hot water on the second day.
