great location great host cosy apartment

Free parking and good location for our requirements. Communication leading up to our stay was good. Overall a very good experience.

The decor is cute all co ordinated with a nice little touch of messages here and there all instructions were very easy to follow and very reasonable too it’s a nice little stay and the owners like to keep it that way for the next visitors All messages were responsive and friendly which I appreciated Beds were super clean and comfortable Shower was clean too I’m really glad about that Location was great for the utilia arena Parking was easy and key box was also easy to find and access overall it was a great little find Would definitely return in future

The apartment is located right near the mailbox so a fantastic location and only a stones throw from the city centre it also comes with secure underground parking which is a bonus! It had plenty of space and there were lots of amenities including iron, hairdryer even high chairs and kids plates etc which I thought was a nice touch if you had kids. The beds were comfy.

I do feel like the whole place just needs a little bit more care, the carpets were worn, I think personally for a serviced apartment flooring would be a lot cleaner and not hold smells. Some of the furniture and walls were scuffed which again being a serviced apartment you expect but maybe they need a better cleaner. General dusting and cleaning could be a bit better some of the lamps didn’t work. Both sinks in the bathroom are glass bowls and sprayed everywhere every time and you could see the mould underneath the tap.

Weekend in Birmingham for Christmas markets. Mailbox was in a fantastic location, easy walk to new street. Loads of great restaurants across the road and along the canal.

Clean and comfortable. One of the towels in the bathroom was stuck together with something weird so didn’t use it.

It was very clean staff was very helpful when I had any issues.

The only thing I can say is the check out times it’s a bit too early as I am a late riser but other than that no issues with the stay very clean and tidy apartment I felt safe
