Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Der Check-in funktionierte problemlos anhand der bereitgestellten Infos und Videos. Die Wohnung war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren etwas weich, aber man konnte gut schlafen. Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei und schnell. Die Wohnung war sauber und es war leise. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war super und in wenigen Gehminuten war man in der sehenswerten Innenstadt.

1: Their was a leak in the bathroom and the carpet in the bedroom was sopping wet and it was very stinky at night. 2: The toilet wasn’t working and the water kept running all night. 3: The chairs were very unstable. In general the flat was in poor conditions.

Convenient location and good size

The apartment needs a refresh particularly the bathrooms look very worn. One broken chair tired carpet.

Great communication for a last minute booking when we had been let down by another booking

The apartment was easy to find, the instructions were clear and the communication regarding the stay were excellent. The apartment itself is well thought out, clean, well presented and exactly the stay we were looking for. The owners have thought of everything and there were so many little touches that made it extra special. The fact there were tea bags, coffee pods, sugar etc in the kitchen and then the bathrooms had all the toiletries too which was such a lovely touch. The location is ideal and parking was included which is a bonus. I will absolutely look to stay again when I am next I'm Birmingham.
