The location was very central to town and near most facilities

The driveway up to the address as my car is low and the ruts are quite deep and washed away in parts

The location & view! As an aside the wonderful 'winterless North' was a bonus...actually, so was the Taniwha win!

A few aspects of cleanliness, but that's a little bit of nickpidiness I reckon!

Our host met us as soon as we arrived to give us the key. The living area was spacious.

The road into the property was rough (only for a short distance).
