The flat had a slight smell of damp

The directions were really clear, local transport links were a stones throw away. Helpfully, the instructions to gain entry to the property was really simple and easy to follow. The property was clean, compact and of a good quality

Nice little studio, great price and free parking was great.

A little cold and the radiators can’t cope with such a large space but in the summer/spring should be ok.

The flat was clean and comfortable. Off-side parking too! Very close to JR Hospital! Wi-Fi good Chargers port is bedroom too! I’ll come again - but only in the summer! (See below)

The flat was so cold - no heating on (on a very cold day). It could use 3 hours to heating it! Then can to boost it every 2 hours! The host knew we were coming at 3-4pm too! No instruction for heaters either. Needs a mat and curtains in kitchen/lounge - echoing and cold. Parking is fine but very narrow park lane. Shower apparatus needs looking out too!

Very clear instructions from owners for key collection. Easy to collect the keys. Parking space. Within walking distance of Churchill Hospital. Quiet, residential area. Could have been a comfortable, budget stay IF humidifier switch on, damp resolved and heating on when we arrived.

Could not stay here - left and arranged alternative accommodation. Strong smell of damp throughout the property. Mould (pictured) around the door - attempts by owner to paint over. De-humidier proves there is an issue but this was not switched on. Property was freezing when we arrived - again, could have switched on before our arrival. Communicated problem with owners and was ignored - having to pursue refund through our bank. It's disgraceful that the owner feels comfortable charging people money for a damp-ridden property which poses a risk to the health of their guests.

Location was perfect for me. The property was great, easy to find, easy to access, very comfortable self-catering, perfect for me for a short stay.
