The Beech Flat - Self contained one bedroom flat with parking

It was close to our Brooke’s drop off and had parking available Close to great restaurants and pubs.

It was pretty basic but not expensive

Comfy bed and good shower

Slight smell of damp in the flat

Great location close to hospital which is what we needed

It was very close to Oxford Brookes University and provided off street parking. It was secure and private and close to local shops. There was a smart TV and the bed was comfortable. It was spotlessly clean.

The sofa was small and not comfortable at all. There were just 2 plates, 2 bowels and 2 mugs plus mismatched wine glasses plus just 2 each of forks, knives and spoons. Could not make toast as no toaster just a microwave/cooker. No tea provided. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed one and headed home after our event. Location was good but the comfort and detail could be improved. The shower door didn’t close fully and the floor got wet as no bath mat provided.

Great use of space, staff attentive, clean & comfy. 10 min ride to Oxford centre

Tiny tiny outside area, if want privacy....litteraly can't even swing a cat or an umbrella in the private garden...if that what you can call it.

It was perfect for our needs as we were only sleeping there and then making a tea in the morning. The location was perfect for us and the price was competitive. The owners allowed us to drop our bags there early, before check in time. I am very grateful. I would recommend this flat for a short city break if you require self catering/your own space in the Headington area.

The flat was very hot because of the heatwave. There was a very small sofa and a desk with one chair instead of a dining table, just as the photos indicate. And the floor could have done with a sweep.
