Mildew on walls Had to turn heater back on twice through the night

The bed sheets and towels had hair when I arrived

Location was main priority

Very basic, only one chair, no table, very small 2 seater sofa with cover, seats were stained, microwave smelt, only 2 plates, 2 mugs, 1 bowl crockery, 2 knives, 2 spoons, 2 forks, cutlery, Heaters only stayed on max 2 hours, towel rail in bathroom, control was behind microwave, so, not easily seen, woke up freezing cold, no toaster, had to use grill section in microwave. Had to park my car between 2 other cars, worried I would get dings from other people trying to open their doors.

Perfect location for the Hospital where I was going. Really clean. Lovely and quiet. Comfy bed and awesome pillows.

Shower head not particularly adjustable, need to be able to drop it down. Very cold on arrival, would have been nice for it to be warmed a little.
