The Beech Flat - Self contained one bedroom flat with parking

Good location. Only a short bus ride to the city centre. Accommodation was very clean. Hosts provided very clear information regarding access to property and parking. Very good value for money.

Location was good for us as visiting family.

Sofa was very uncomfortable, couldn't watch tv it's situated so high it gave us a bad neck. Lack of kitchen equipment. Bedding didn't smell fresh, damp smelling.

Great location with on-site parking. Spacious sel contained flat.

Towels & bedding would appreciate being replaced!

Apartment was lovely and clean. Located within walking distance to a bus stop to city center and also tesco nearby. The apartment is located to the side of the main house (possibly the hosts), however, there was no intrusions. And if we needed anything, they were responsive over text.

There wasn’t any stove top. The apartment had an oven/microwave/cook combo. However, I didn’t find it straightforward to use if I needed to make noodles or fry/boil eggs.

Felt a little damp. Maybe install a dehumidifier? This is my only criticism of this otherwise lovely property.

Nice and quiet and easy to get to and comfortable

No tea towel supplied for drying up. No plug for kitchen sink to wash up properly and a toaster and some larger water glasses would be great
