Breakfast is good quality

Very disappointed as during stay the hotel has weddings in the morning as well as at nights. I cannot enjoy the restaurant and also Riverside as it blocked for wedding. Some day Breakfast venue also move inside, not at Oxegen, in the afternoon you cannot enjoy riverside lawn( imagine you book riverside hotel but cannot enjoy) as it's also blocked for wedding setup. At night very nightmare, very loud noise, cannot sleep

Great and welcoming staff. Prepared surprises for our honey moon stay. Facilities are great and good for the photos. Breakfast really good. Was able to use their shower and pool after checkout due to a really late flight.

The water pressure and temperature was not the best.

"AMAZING HOTEL AND TEAM"

We stayed at Cross River Chiang Mai for the second time, and it’s clear why we keep coming back. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and incredibly well-designed, but what truly makes the experience exceptional is the team. Every single person is welcoming, attentive and genuinely kind — they make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Once again, everything was perfect, and we already know we’ll return on our next trip to Chiang Mai. Highly recommended!
