"Very good food, excellent and well trained professional staff"

The staff is very supportive and welcome drinks and daily snacks are excellence and heart touching. You can feel the hotel is really care about you in person. Breakfast was excellent so does the lunch, the food is meeting and beyond my expectations.

Air-con angle was not adjustable which is very cold and blows on the heads directly when you sleep on bed. Wardrobe need to fix with some oil on the hardware in order to reduce some noise when open & closing.

If you’re looking for a luxurious, tranquil escape in Chiang Mai, I can’t recommend Cross Chiang Mai Riverside highly enough. It exceeded every expectation.

- Hotel Restaurant (Michelin recommended, deserves a whole separate review, food is spectacular) - Amazing and attentive personnel that made our stay absolutely unforgettable - Real 5* treatment - Grand River View Suite - spacious with big balcony, great bathroom with a hot tub. Room very comfortable and quiet. We had a great sleep. Extra point for room service delivering snacks and eye masks if needed before bed time - Superb Breakfast - great choice of local and western, unique dishes to choose from.
