Cross Chiang Mai Riverside

It was amazing. The staff is absolutely incredible we felt so welcome. The Breakfast was also very good.

This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel located on the shore of the Peng River. Our room itself was spectacular and had its own pool right outside. While breakfasts were good, the dinner that we had our first night was truly outstanding--so guests should be sure to have at least one lunch or dinner in the hotel's Oxygen Restaurant when staying here.

The only negative is that the hotel isn't located in the best part of Chiang Mai. However, it is easy and cheap to get to other parts of the city by using the Bolt and Grab apps, which have made a huge difference in the tourist experience in Chiang Mai.

Проживали 2 ночи с семьей в двух раздельных номерах. Отель чуть в стороне от центра, но расположен на реке, вдали от городского шума. Приятный персонал старается помочь во всех вопросах. Номера большие, удобные. Матрасы хороши, а вот подушки мне не подошли - слишком упругие. Завтрак выбираете по меню - вкусный и качественный, но не разнообразный - думаю, что на 4 день уже надоест. Прекрасный бассейн на крыше здания, до старого города 15 минут на такси. Вообще в Чиангмае большие пробки, будте готовы к этому. Отель рекомендую

Nous sommes restés 4 nuit à l’hôtel avec notre enfant de 21 mois. Pas de lit parapluie disponible mais le personnel a mis un matelas au sol confortable pour notre fils, ainsi que pleins de petites attentions à son égard, merci. Le personnel de cet hôtel est très gentil. Jolie piscine

Le lit de la chambre n’était pas très confortable, le matelas est beaucoup trop mou. La climatisation est extrêmement bruyante. Il y avait un chien à côté de l’hôtel qui a aboyé toutes les nuits… La chambre est très humide en août. Les tapis de la salle de sport sont à remplacer ils sont très usés. L’hôtel est loin de tout, on ne peut rien faire à pied, mais taxi accessibles rapidement. Restaurant très cher pour ce que c’est, il vaut mieux manger dehors.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und immer zur Stelle ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

Sinceramente tenía altas expectativas de este hotel pero no las cumplió. Es un hotel bonito pero parece mucho más de lo que es en las fotos. No es una crítica, pero pensaba que iba a ser el mejor hotel de las vacaciones y desafortunadamente no lo fue.
