Moderno, amplio, cómodo, excelente aire acondicionado, limpio y cerca del centro.

Appartamento spazioso, moderno e completo di ogni servizio. Pulizia ottima e ottima la posizione per visitare Valencia a piedi e vicina alle fermate di tram e bus. Consigliatissimo.

Sebbene l'appartamento era completo di biancheria sarebbe stato gradito qualche asciugamano in piu.

L’emplacement est super. Proche de l’ancien ville, les transports publique, les restaurants. Un supermarché à côté. Appartement très propre et bien entretenu. Le propriétaire est très aimable.

La deuxième chambre est trop petite.

The property is very well located, just about a 10-minute walk from the historic center. What impressed us the most was that, upon entering, we noticed the apartment had been renovated. It was clean, and the person who guided us on how to access the apartment was very friendly and helpful.

Perhaps the only thing that could be improved is the kitchen equipment. For example, I would have appreciated having more cooking utensils, such as cooking spoons and additional pans. I mention this because we were traveling with someone who has food allergies, and I usually need to cook wherever we stay to avoid that person getting sick. That said, we managed with what was available, and it was not a major issue—especially considering that when you’re on vacation, very few people actually use the kitchen anyway. 😂 We were a group of five, and I also felt that a few extra blankets would have been helpful, as the number available was somewhat limited. Other than that, everything was exceptional.
