LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Second line from the beach with a fantastic view out to the Sea. I was able to enjoy sunrises on the balcony. The apartment has a kitchen which is convenient for preparing your own meals. The front desk staff were always courteous. Nice little mini market located on the main floor by elevator for snack purchase.

Rock hard bed, shower runs out of hot water VERY quickly (under 5 min.), loaded dishwasher only to find that it had standing water already in it and leaked out onto the floor. I did not want to attempt to run it. I'm 5' in height...so the microwave and bathroom sink were uncomfortably high for me to use unfortunately. The refrigerator opens awkwardly for access.

Great location near the beach, beautiful sea views from the terrace, clean and modern apartment.

Minor noise from the surroundings at times, but nothing that significantly affected our stay.

Leider wenig Geschirr, abgenutztes Inventar (Türklinken sind abgefallen), Pool geschlossen

"Best view from Valencia!"

The accommodation was amazing, a perfect sea view and the most beautiful sunrises I’ve ever seen. The bus stop was also very close, which made everything super convenient. Wifi and TV with Netflix. The owners were really friendly and helpful, they also have a restaurant where you can safely leave your luggage both before check-in and after check-out. I’ll definitely come back to this place in the future!

A small downside was that there were no curtains in the living room, so when the sun rose, it became very bright and the people sleeping there woke up instantly. In the it wasn’t a problem, as the windows could be covered
