They Have Roaches !!! The Furniture Was Nasty !! VERY CHEAP FURNITURE All Throughout The House !! They Want You To Give A 350 Deposit And Then They Will Tell You They’ll Give It Back But They AREN’T !! Because They CHARGE YOU FOR STUFF THAT IS ALREADY BROKEN IN THE HOUSE . They Will Find Any Excuse To Keep Your Deposit!!! Beds Very Uncomfortable . It’s So Hot Downstairs Because The Thermostat Is Broken !!! They Have A Fan Downstairs But In Order For It To Work Then You Have To Keep The Light On . The Fan Still Sucks Though . Barely Can Feel It ! The Room Switches Or Fans Do Not Work Just The Lamps !! Then The Master Bathroom Shower Doesn’t Get Hot At All ! They Have A Camera At The Front Door Letting You Know You’re Being Recorded Every Time You Come In And Out ! And They Have Someone Riding By Consistently Watching The Property While You’re There . Almost Like You’re Being Stalked !!! AND NOT TO MENTION IT IS IN THE HOOD !!! Right Next To An Abandoned House Which Is An Eyesore ! KEEP YOUR MONEY FORREAL . They ARE SCAMMERS !!

There is alot of space.

The bed in the master room was broken (staff didnt fix it my whole stay i had to sleep on a broken bed) the fans upstairs didn't work, no TVs upstairs, the hot water doesn't work upstairs, the couches down stairs smell and the pull out bed to them are nasty! The rug is dirty, and It also smells like mold in the house.

Well after I paid for the stay, a few days later she asked me to send a deposit but it was not in the contract at the very beginning! It’s been 6 days and I haven’t received anything back. I seen a robbery a few doors down lol it’s a lot of rules here and they watch u the entire stay and the house keeper comes at 10 but check out said 12 but she sent over extra rules saying check out was at 11am which wasn’t a problem I was already leaving but it’s the point. Maybe she’s had some bad experiences but don’t treat others like this because I took care this place. Clean it left it just the way I find it

It was very spacious. Me and my family spent Thanksgiving here.

Beds were to low and the sheets on the couch beds were not clean

We really like the space and lay out of the house

The kitchen sink leaked if you turned it the wrong way, the beds and pillows were not comfortable, took a long time for water to heat up in the shower, dishwasher didn’t work well, couldn’t use ceiling fans unless the light was also on so couldn’t use ceiling fans at night, paying and check in process was horrible. The neighborhood seemed nice and quiet but the surrounding area seemed very rough, a lot of homeless people and condemned buildings.

I love that it was spacious and well decorated. I would also like to say that it’s in a great location, minutes from downtown. Host was very responsive when reaching out to her.

Uuum if anything it would be the backyard. It has a nice deck but we couldn’t really enjoy it because the patio furniture needed to be cleaned and there was a large tree that had fallen down.

Location was ok

Towels dirty multiple leaks, main bathroom in hallway sink is spraying the water so it sprays out of the sink low water pressure, wasn't vacuumed and they didn't even wipe down the dining room table, smoke detectors down and no fire extinguishers, no permit posted bedding looks dingy, tree fail in the backyard and fence is broken, and in hallway by steps floor has a big slope or lump that I almost fell along with leaks in two rooms and in the hallway by the steps. And from beginning the key code that you all sent did not work was outside for 15 minutes trying to get in after an 10 hr drive and when I called they didn’t send housekeeping until 8:15am Sunday morning after I already cleaned up what should have been done when I checked in so when they sent housekeeping I told her I already did the clean up and had to go to Walmart to buy bed linens and towels and wash towels to be able to use them after a 10 hr drive I had to wait on roof man also on Sunday he went in attic and said the wood was rotted that’s why it was leaking from air conditioning and roof.

Omg where do I start…FOR ONE THE AIR WASNT WORKIN AT ALLLLLLLL…THE CEILING WAS LEAKING VERY BADLY LIKE IT WAS STORMING OUTSIDE AN IT DIDNT RAIN AT ALL…THE SHOWER IN THE MASTER BEDROOM WATER WOULDNT GET HOT FOR NOTHING…I HAD TO CALL AN SEND EMAILS IN MY ENTIRE STAY…I ALSO HAD TO GO TO WALMART AN PURCHASES 3 FANS…I CALL AN REQUEST MY MONEY BAC…I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED IT YET 8-29-2024/9-05-2024…I was in town to have my bbl….FINALLY WHEN THE OWNER CANE OUT HE SAID OMG ITS HOT IN HERE AN AN I SAID DUHHHHH…HE SAID HE WOULD GIVE MY MONEY BACK AGAIN I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED IT AN ITS 9-17-2024….DOIN MY STAY THEY HAD PPL COMING IN THE “TRY” AN FIX THE LEAK BUT IT WASNT SUCCESSFUL…THIS WAS A COMPLETELY HELL TRIP…*****PLEASE DONT BOOK HERE!!!!THIS IS A FAIR WARNING*****
