not much... was so glad to leave

Had a difficult time getting the code, and communicating with the man that answers the phone. Finally set up an app to send the code for entry ..water was not hot. neighborhood unsettling. back door would not secure. back deck had rotten wood. furniture on deck nasty. the house next door looked like a crime scene. mattress felt like it was full of peas.

It was plenty of space.

Upon arriving and doing an inspection of the house there was hole in a wall, a few of the furniture need some attention to and minor things. Also there was a pool table with no pool sticks. Nothing major but when you pay a deposit you wanna make sure you are not blamed for stuff like that.

They need to fix the water pressure and put tv in the rooms everything else was great . I love it

Great value for size, amenities, and easy access to arterial roads. Host resolved minor issues quickly. It's close to a park if that's something you're interested in. Front and back doors are video recorded for security.

This isn't something that bothered me, but worth noting. The neighborhood is in a process of revitalization. Depending on which direction you approach from it can feel like one of those strangely empty, industrial parts of Atlanta or like a suburb that's getting some much needed attention and rebuilding. Empty and run-down houses (next door as well as others on the same street) with several that are being renovated/remodeled show that this neighborhood is likely going through gentrification.

The home is really nice. The home look just like the pictures. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space.

They did not change the linen on the let out sofas. When we let them out for the kids to sleep the linen was dirty and full of food crumbs and there was a condom left from the previous guests (I’m assuming) and a cigarette lighter. The furniture on the deck was dirty as well. It was raining so that might of had something to do with the deck looking like it did.

clean. good kitchen. many rooms. responsive host

water outlets in toilet blocked hot water temperature from shower too cold and poor pressure. needed handyman to come and repair ground floor heater kept tripping in emergency heater mode. normal heating worked well. housekeeping needed to come to give washing machine soap as it was not provided. many plug point outlets in the house not working. remotes with no batteries.
