L'emplacement dans la kasbah et à proximité de la place Jemaa El fna, la terrasse sur le toit et la piscine (non chauffée) très agréables. Le bassin a une profondeur de 70 cm donc idéal pour les enfants. La gentillesse d'Oumaïma.

"Séjour très agréable qui a comblé toutes nos attentes"

Le Riad est très bien situé. On peut visiter 80 % de Marrakech à pied. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. L'accueil chaleureux est à souligner. De plus Oumaïma nous a préparé d'excellents petits déjeuners avec des produits locaux. Félicitations pour son efficacité, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Le logement est prévu pour 8 personnes et la salle a manger ne dispose que de 6 chaises.

L’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel.

Les serviettes sentaient un peu l’humidité & j’avoue que quand on se douchait dans la chambre du bas, on mettait de l’eau partout (tapis, mur, porte).

"Exceptional"

The riad is clean and cosy, with stilish interior design and ensuite bathrooms. Wonderful rooftop with a small pool, room to sunbathe or drink tea/coffee and a view on the Atlas mountains. Breakfast was absolutely amazing!

If possible, extra blankets in the cupboard would be wonderful, in case you don't want to share a blanket but other than that everything was great!

"Rigtig fin Riad i et stille og sikkert område"

Rigtig god service generelt og rigtig fin morgenmad serveret hver morgen.

Et forslag: Det kunne være en fordel at gøre det tydeligt at city/turist skatten skal betales kontant og ikke en mulighed elektronisk (Kreditkort/Apple Pay). Heldigvis var værten fleksibel og vi kunne betale næste dag

"Un accueil parfait !"

L’accueil ! Tous les matins, le petit déjeuner fait maison est servi avec soin et chaleur. Nous avons aussi commandé un couscous le 1 er soir : un délice !

"Een heerlijke plek om telkens naar terug te keren. Een aanrader. Modern en gezellig ingericht"

Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Voor onze begrippen wellicht wat laat (rond 9 uur op z'n vroegst). We misten wat vers fruit en iets van joghurt. Verder heel tevreden.

De stoelen op het dakterras waren kapot. Dit heb ik aangegeven nadat er via de mail werd gevraagd hoe tevreden we waren. De reactie was dat dit opgelost zou worden maar dit is niet gebeurd. De handdoeken op de grond werden niet vervangen. In de beschrijving staat dat er een sauna aanwezig is. Deze is niet meer in gebruik.
